Chelsea confirm first summer signing of La Liga high-rated player

Chelsea are soon expecting to be able to officially confirm the new ownership takeover at the club, a change that will see Todd Boehly’s consortium take the reigns from Roman Abramovich.

After this comes the summer transfer window, and a lot of hard work for the new owners to do.

There will be question marks over a number of current players and the expectation is that we will see a number of new faces arrive also.

One player could be a defender we were consistently linked with from last summer and one who was seemingly close to joining.

Chelsea should finally get this done in the next window, according to Give Me Sport.

They claim that figures within the Chelsea set-up expect a deal to be agreed for Chelsea to sign Jules Kounde from Sevilla very quickly after the new owners officially have their feet under the table.

Personal terms for Kounde are ‘pretty much sorted’ because of last year’s negotiations.
