Tammy Abraham scored the only goal as AS Roma defeated Atalanta 1-0 at the Stadio Olimpico. The former Chelsea striker was able to get to the end of Nicolo Zaniolo’s pass to fire his side into the lead in the first half and his goal proved to be the winner after 90 minutes.
The England international has now scored a total number of 20 goals for Jose Mourinho’s side in all competitions so far after joining the Serie A side in the summer transfer window.
After his 20th goal for Roma, The English striker posted a picture on his official Instagram account with the caption “20 up for this club. Thank you for the love and support” and few minutes after, Fabrizio Romano, Sergio Oliveira, Reece James and John Terry reacted to his statement.
