See what Romelu Lukaku did to Tottenham fans who called him Inter fan in the Carabao Cup game

Chelsea have made it to the Carabao Cup final with another impressive performance as they defeated Tottenham 2-0 in the semi-final. However, Lukaku gave a good response to the Spurs fans who were cheering that he’s Inter Milan fan as they tried to distract him.

Chelsea had total control in the first half as they dominated the game all through. Kai Havertz forced the first goal into the back of the net before an own goal from Ben Davies doubled the lead.

So, Spurs fans tried to distract Lukaku in the first half, as they were chantting: “He’s Inter Milan, he’s Inter Milan, Romelu Lukaku, he’s Inter Milan.”

Romelu Lukaku then gave a superb response to Spurs fans after Chelsea’s second goal by telling them to “shut up.

The striker did that to the opposition fans because he has no intention of leaving Chelsea at the moment as he needs to honor his contract. Lukaku feels that since he’s still a Chelsea player, he needs to be focused at the club and avoid any stimulus of distractions.

Although he wasn’t on target tonight as he had a fair game. But he will be pleased that the coach gave him the nod today after their recent crisis. All that the Belgian would be after now is to win the love of the fanbase again. And one of the ways he can to achieve that is by winning trophies with Chelsea this season.

Fortunately for him, Chelsea is still in all competitions this season, and they can win the Carabao Cup as their first trophy of the season. Lukaku is yet to score in the Carabao Cup this season and the final could be when he could break the deadlock.

Chelsea will play the winner between Liverpool and Arsenal in the final.
